Delivery Policy
BÉHEN ships worldwide.
Estimated delivery times:
Portugal: 1–3 business days
European Union: 2–5 business days
International orders: 2–7 business days depending on destination
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. BÉHEN is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information, customs procedures, or carrier disruptions.
If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, unpaid customs charges, or incorrect shipping information, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
An order is considered fulfilled once delivered to the address provided at checkout according to the carrier’s tracking information.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
The following items are non-returnable:
personalized or custom-made pieces
made-to-order items with custom alterations or measurements
sale items
For custom or personalized orders, exchanges or store credit may be offered at BÉHEN’s discretion depending on the situation.
To request a return, customers must contact BÉHEN at sales@behenstudio.com with their order number and reason for return. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as BÉHEN is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact BÉHEN within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging.
Order cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in production or processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.
